SoCal Premier D1 Recap: Medallo City FC Upends Problems FC

IRVINE, CA (April 15, 2024) - Medallo City FC isn't going down without a fight.

Jose Mateo and Julio Fernando Perez Mancilla scored in he second half as Medallo City FC pulled away for a 4-2 victory over Worldwide Problems FC in a SoCal Premier League match on Saturday, April 13 at Orange County Great Park.

Redrigo Pasos and Gio Marin had goals in the first half for Medallo City FC (10-3-5 overall), which can wrap up third place in the SoCal Premier League Division One Orange County Region with a win over AMSG U23s on April 28.

Also on Saturday, Atu Galadima scored the only goal as Steaua FC topped AMSG U23s 1-0 at Orange County Great Park. Galadima currently ranks tied for second in SoCal Premier League with 14 goals.
